Tough read

The novel is told in a stream-of-consciousness style, with long, winding sentences and no character names, which creates a claustrophobic experience. The language and writing style make it a difficult read and one really has to focus not to lose the plot. Once you really get into the book though, it does eventually become interesting and quite rewarding. I would however not recommend the book to just anyone looking for a light read.
