First time pre ordering online for a dearest friend. Selected the collect from store and received it 2 days after the release date and was packaged perfectly with no damage, was a hard cover too! The hillfox branch is the best love the staff there, always happy and willing to help.

Second time I’ve bought from readers warehouse. The book was damaged. This time the corner of the book is completely smashed in.
Unfortunately I opened it after the 7 day policy so I can’t return it according to their email.
