About the Author:
Suzanne Collins is the powerhouse storyteller who set the world on fire—literally—with The Hunger Games. With her fearless heroine Katniss Everdeen and a world of high-stakes survival, rebellion, and flaming Mockingjays, Suzanne redefined YA fiction and launched a global phenomenon that had readers (and moviegoers) on the edge of their seats.
Before her arrows hit the bullseye, Suzanne worked as a writer for children’s television, sharpening her storytelling skills on shows like Clarissa Explains It All and Little Bear. But when she turned her talents to books, she aimed straight for the heart—and hit. Her Hunger Games trilogy became a cultural lightning bolt, blending dystopian grit with emotional depth and powerful social commentary.
She’s also the author of The Underland Chronicles, a gripping fantasy series that proves Suzanne doesn’t just write blockbusters—she builds entire worlds, filled with unforgettable characters and impossible choices.
If you love stories with fierce heroes, epic stakes, and a spark of rebellion, Suzanne Collins is the writer who will keep your heart racing and your mind spinning long after the final page.
