- Receive a Quote — Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a personalised quote, including bulk pricing.
- Confirm & Pay — Approve your quote and pay via EFT or credit card. We can issue a pro-forma invoice for school purchase orders.
- We Deliver — Your order is packed and dispatched from our Cape Town warehouse. Nationwide delivery available, including direct to your school.

Delivery to Schools
- We deliver nationwide via courier to any school address in South Africa.
- Orders are dispatched from our Cape Town warehouse, typically within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary by province: Western Cape 1–2 days, other provinces 3–5 business days.
- For large orders, we can arrange a dedicated delivery slot — just let us know.
- Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.
Payment & Invoicing
- We accept EFT (bank transfer) and all major credit/debit cards.
- Pro-forma invoices are available for schools using purchase order processes.
- VAT invoices are issued with every order.
- For recurring school orders, contact us to discuss an account arrangement.

Do you offer prescribed reading lists?
We can source titles from CAPS-aligned reading lists. Send us your list and we'll confirm what we have in stock and provide a quote.
How do we pay using a school purchase order?
We can issue a pro-forma invoice that your school's finance department can use to process a purchase order. Payment by EFT is then made against the pro-forma before we dispatch.
What is your returns policy for school orders?
We accept returns on damaged or incorrectly supplied items. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if there is an issue.
Can we collect from your warehouse?
Yes, collection from our Cape Town warehouse is available by arrangement. Please contact us to schedule a collection time.
